Stock carbon fiber hood orders start from 5 units per SKU, while OEM/ODM custom hood development starts from 50 units. This MOQ helps cover tooling, fitment validation, reinforced packaging, and stable production setup for oversized carbon fiber panels.
Shasha designs each carbon fiber engine hood around OEM hood dimensions, hinge positions, latch locations, and panel gap requirements. For listed models, the goal is direct bolt-on fitment; for custom projects, fitment is confirmed during prototype and QC stages.
Carbon fiber hoods are oversized, high-gloss parts, so export packaging uses reinforced cartons and protective foam to reduce edge impact, surface scratches, and deformation risk during long-distance freight. DDP door-to-door delivery can be coordinated for major markets.
We use imported Japanese Toray 3K carbon fiber and Nippon Paint UV-clear coat (tested for 2+ years of outdoor yellowing and oxidation resistance). Every hood is backed by a 2-year factory warranty and goes through dual-stage QC (surface finish check and fitment check on actual vehicle hinges/latches) before shipping.
