When I decided to enter the carbon fiber industry, I knew I was choosing a difficult path. The technical barriers were high, the investment was heavy, and the early testing process was far more challenging than expected.
In the beginning, we faced repeated failures, unstable results, and many doubts from the market. But I believed that if we stayed focused on materials, processes, and real factory execution, we could build something solid. So I spent years working closely with our team in trial production, process improvement, and technical exploration.
In 2019, we achieved a key breakthrough. In 2020, we completed our full production process and entered stable mass production. Since then, we have continued to strengthen our capabilities in lay-up, hot pressing, CNC machining, and painting.
I believe real manufacturing progress comes from solving hard problems, not avoiding them. That belief still drives us today as we work to deliver high-quality, stable carbon fiber automotive parts to customers around the world.

Founder
As the founder of Shasha Carbon, I oversee company operations, customer service, and supply chain coordination. My work focuses on keeping communication clear, projects organized, and deliveries on schedule, so every custom carbon fiber project moves smoothly from inquiry to shipment.
I believe that strong customer relationships are built through responsiveness, reliability, and attention to detail. By continuously improving our service processes and coordinating closely with our production team, I work to ensure that every customer receives both a quality product and a positive experience.
Shen Xiaofeng
Mold Design & Tooling Manager
I am responsible for mold development, structural design, and tooling engineering for our carbon fiber products. Based on customer samples, drawings, or 3D data, I create product models and mold designs that improve accuracy, manufacturability, and production efficiency.
I also oversee CNC machining, mold assembly, and precision control. My goal is to ensure that every mold provides a stable and reliable foundation for high-quality carbon fiber manufacturing.

Preforming & Production Manager
I manage the production process from carbon fiber fabric cutting and layup to preforming and molding. By following strict production standards and coordinating production schedules, I work to maintain consistent quality, stable product structure, and efficient output.
Every layer of carbon fiber is placed according to established process requirements so that the final product delivers the strength, lightweight performance, and reliability our customers expect.
Deng Yan
Warehouse Manager
I oversee the storage and management of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. My responsibilities include inventory control, material distribution, stock verification, and shipment coordination to support smooth production and on-time delivery.
Accurate inventory management and efficient logistics help us keep global orders moving and ensure that customers receive their products reliably and on schedule.
